Project analysis and scoping
Every file starts with a careful read. We confirm the language pair, the document type, the target use, whether certification or notarization is needed, and the deadline. Getting the brief right is what prevents problems later.
Matching the right specialist
We assign the project to a translator who works into their native language and specializes in the relevant field, legal or financial. A patent does not go to a generalist, and a set of vital records goes to someone who handles them every week.
Translation by a native expert
The specialist translates the document in full, preserving terminology, tone and the formatting that officials expect. Nothing is machine-translated and left unchecked; a human professional owns the work.
Independent review
A second qualified linguist reviews the translation against the source, checking accuracy, consistency and completeness. This four-eyes principle is the single most important safeguard against error, and it is standard on our certified work.
Formatting, certification and legalization
We rebuild layout where needed, so stamps, seals and tables match the original, and prepare the signed statement of accuracy for certified files. When a matter calls for notarization or apostille support, we handle it here.
